Dave is a men’s performance coach based out of Sun Valley, Idaho with his wife and four young kids. They live in a small log cabin on 18 acres with ski-in-ski-out access and local rivers, single track and mountain ranges to explore. He’s an endurance athlete and regularly challenges himself in ultra trail runs, DIY triathlons and other multi sport adventures with his family. He believes resilience and character are best built from doing hard things and pushing physical and mental limits.
