As the weather gets warmer, and the snow melts more, I keep reminiscing on the season I had!

I met a lot of great people this year and made new friends that share the same passion for the backcountry as I do!

I’m still a bit in denial that my season is over, but I think it is! So, here is a fun little treeline I found after competing at the Suhan race!

Something I will always be grateful for is the jaw dropping views from the top of the mountain…

The accomplished feeling after you make that climb

And getting to share these experiences with people that share the same passions for the back country as you!

I worked on so many things this season, and I can happily say, I exceeded a lot of my goals I set myself!!

I’ll be sharing a lot more successes, and failures from the season over the next while as I wish I’m still sledding 🤣

But this day was working on downhill hopovers. So here are a couple clips.

I haven’t really tried these before this day, but I was pretty pumped with how quickly I got a clean one done!

Pretty difficult to top this day this season, and maybe even since I started backcountry sledding…

An all around good time, with a wicked crew of fellow shredders, good snow, and can’t complain about the sunshine!
Not to mention, we set out with a goal of tackling this challenging zone entry, and we made it in!

My hillclimb portion of the @rsuhan backcountry race!

From never racing anything in any Motorsports…

To 83rd overall out of 136 racers, it was a great success!

I didn’t crash 😅

My snowmobile didn’t let me down… 👨🏽‍🔧

And most importantly, I finished the race 🏁

The race was such a fun time all around! And was definitely well worth the trip!

Had the opportunity to meet quite a few other sledders that share the same passion for the backcountry too 🤟🏼

My hillclimb time was 1:01.10 🏁

I’m already looking forward to next year, and figuring out how to improve on my full race time of 6:12:84
